Booking and funding your training
Contract Funded training is unique to CTP. We have a significant number of in demand, industry recognised qualifications and commercial awareness courses available. Contract Funded training means that you won’t need to pay any course fees up-front (excluding exam/registration), as the price of the training is reduced to £26.70 per day and subtracted from your IRTC at source by MOD. This provides you with unmatched value for money, where a 5 day course on the Contract Funded programme will cost a total of £133.50 (plus any registration/assessment or exam fees).

Non Contract Funded Training encompasses all other courses available through the CTP, most of which can be funded in part or full using Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) or IRTC, (if not already used for Contract Funded training), or by a combination of both. While we do not bundle courses together to pre-empt your needs, should you require a selection of ELCAS approved courses available through our programme of support, you can choose to add them together on your claim. But as always, please speak to your Service Resettlement Advisor (SRA) for guidance on this.
