Challenge: A global software as a service company were seeking technical and engineering augmentation of their existing UK team supporting important customers with Hybrid Cloud Platforms. |
Solution: Worked with leadership to advise on how to build the required technical and engineering team based on detailed analysis of key factors like country’s geo-political situation, availability of skills and cost.
