Are the downsides of hybrid working beginning to show themselves? How are leaders supposed to maintain pace with the rate of change? And why is imposter syndrome still being ignored at work?
With these questions in mind, we wanted to hear from both the leaders themselves, and their employees, to find out how leaders are faring and where they could benefit from additional support. In turn, we conducted a survey of more than 1,700 employees including senior managers and executives, 250 business leaders and 500 HR professionals to find out more.
