Regional Outlook on Dutch level

Each of the regions in The Netherlands are optimistic

One of the most competitive regions in the Netherlands is the North region with a NEO of 44, even though expectations in the region decreased by 2 percentage points since last quarter.

An equally competitive region with a NEO of 43 is the West region, which has risen by 15 percentage points since Q2 2023.

When outlined against the # of job postings we can clearly see that most jobs are in the west and in the south.

Grey and green pressure are lower in the west than in the east. Strengthened by the national migration from east to west amongst 15–34-year-olds.
