CSA creates a pathway for workers to enter the Customer Services Market across a range of sectors by providing a tailored, accredited program for candidates to either upskill or reskill in partnership with clients seeking to organically support their hiring demands. We know that establishing and maintaining good contact with customers requires empathy, helpfulness, and good listening skills. We select and guide candidates with the right behaviours and future potential into the programme knowing that they will be speaking to your customers. Within the Customer Service Academy we offer candidates training within the framework of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and teach them the right skills to get started in a contact centre or customer service based role.

The programme is a series of remote group training sessions designed to provide workers with the skills and behaviours they need to be job ready.
Throughout the programme, Manpower monitors and assesses each candidates’ progress and provides guidance where necessary. The programme is flexible, which means the modules can be completed to suit candidate and client schedules.
Upon graduation, candidates receive certification that can be used to support their role within partner organisations. All CSA courses consist of interactive e-learning and classroom lessons.
