We collaborate with our cutting-edge training providers for each of our training programmes, jointly developing curricula with our customers to ensure that you are equipped with the tools to become productive quickly and advance further.
Our training programmes cover both current / emerging skills and technologies in demand. The emphasis is placed on practical casework, enabling participants to apply newly acquired skills in a genuine real-life setting, learn from their peers and instructors, and make mistakes without fear.
Our instructors are trained to simulate a workspace environment, providing participants with a valuable learning experience.
Our primary value proposition lies in conducting ‘bootcamps’ that offer intensive training experiences - designed to give you a unique spectrum of skills to be ‘job ready’ and hit the ground running in your role. This approach will support you in acquiring and applying new knowledge from Day 1.
To successfully complete the programme, demonstrating the right behaviours and drive is essential. In-turn, we’ll ensure that you are well-prepared for success in your workplace.
In addition to our upfront training, you will be provided with buddies by the customer and suitable project work to apply your learning and existing skills and experience. Once deployed, you will receive CPD (Continuous Professional Development) through training and have access to on-demand training courses.
Experis Academy have an established ecosystem of training partners enabling us to provide best-in-class training solutions for our Train-to-Fit Programmes.
